- Once an order is confirmed and processing has begun, it cannot be cancelled unilaterally

- Proven failure to meet agreed product specifications
- Significant quantity shortfall verified at the point of inspection
- Non-shipment due to reasons solely attributable to Terroir Global Exports

Where a refund claim is approved, Terroir Global Exports may, at its discretion:

- Bank charges, transfer fees, and currency conversion costs may be deducted where applicable
